Atascosa Co. ESD #1

Atascosa County Emergency Services District (ESD) #1 was approved by the voters in the November 2020 election. The ESD is governed by 5 Commissioners appointed by the Atascosa County Commissioners Court. The ESD Commissioners are tasked with being the stewards of the tax payer funds collected for the ESD and ensure that adequate fire protection is provided. 2021 - 2022 will be the first fiscal year for the ESD. The ESD looks forward to the challenge and the service it will provide to the northwest portion of Atascosa County.



A tax rate of .10 per $100 valuation has been proposed by the governing body of the Atascosa County Emergency Service District No. 1.

VOTER APPROVAL TAX RATE                  $0  PER $100

Atascosa County Emergency Service District No. 1 is a newly created taxing entity that will be providing fire

A public meeting on the proposed tax rate will be held September 14, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at 15078 Main Street, Lytle, Texas 78052 for the adoption 2021 tax rate.
